Upcoming Events

Getting the Ascension of the Lord right is very important for understanding many aspects of the Church’s life. So I want to dwell on that a little bit with you today, and I want to do so under two headings: the first I’m going to call more political, and the second more liturgical.

Mass for the Sixth Sunday of Easter:

Upcoming Events

  • Tuesday, June 3rd, 6:15 p.m. Mystery of Faith

The fifth episode on our series on the Gospel of St. John is titled “Celebrating Jewish Feasts." This episode will go into detail about the major Jewish feasts – Sabbath, Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles – and how John's Gospel  positions these feasts for his reader, the Christian community.

We meet at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3rd. Come after 5:30 Mass and enjoy a light dinner, fellowship and a greater understanding of our faith.

  • Thursday, June 5th, Friendship Feast, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., ICP Paris

In conjunction with other churches in  Colville,  Immaculate Conception hosts a Friendship Feast each Thursday with  a warm cooked meal, beverage and dessert.

Please join us - everyone is welcome.

  • Thursday, June 5th, OCIA, 6:30 p.m., ICP Library

The Order of Christian Initiation (OCIA)  process in the Catholic Church helps adults prepare to join or receive Sacraments of Initiation. This includes those not baptized, those baptized in another Christian tradition, and Catholics who haven't completed their sacraments.

Contact the Parish Office or  Father Kenny if you would like additional information.

  • Saturday, June 7th, Bishop Daly & Sacraments of Initiation

Bishop Daly will be at Immaculate Conception Parish on Saturday June 7th at the 4:00 p.m. Mass to administer the Sacraments of Initiation to our Religious Education youth.

Please join us for Mass and the reception that follows in the Parish Hall.

  • Saturday, June 7th, 7:00 p.m. Potluck at SHJ

Sacred Heart of Jesus, Kettle Falls, hosts a First Saturday potluck each month.  We have great fun and play cards or games after the meal.  Come and join us for Mass and fellowship.
